We started our Tuesday with a traditional Swiss breakfast at the Land Cafe.
When you look at the food below, consider that it is only the first course.
After breakfast, we went to a place in the Emmental region, known for their Emmental cheese.
Above, the cheesemaker said that if we could lift a full round of cheese, it was ours for free. Unfortunately, this was only a plastic round, but I know I could have done it.
